AC Hotel Marriott Renovation
Complete plumbing installation for a 13-story hotel conversion, completed as a plumbing project with a total cost of 4.6M, including domestic water systems, grease interceptor, commercial kitchen, bars, 600-gallon tanks, circulation pumps, water heaters, softeners, filtration, and pressure-boost systems.
This project involved designing and installing a modern plumbing system to convert a 13-story building into a 239-unit hotel. The work included a full kitchen, bars, public restrooms, and essential plumbing infrastructure. Key additions included floor drains, floor sinks, and three sump pumps for efficient water management. The system also featured nine recirculating pumps, four 600-gallon storage tanks, and a 500-gallon grease interceptor. To meet hot water needs, we installed three electric water heaters (20 to 50 gallons) and three high-capacity gas water heaters (600,000 BTU). Water quality and efficiency were improved with a water softener, a building-wide filtration system, and a domestic water booster pump skid. A hydro-pneumatic tank ensured consistent water pressure throughout the building.
