Comprehensive overhaul: demolished old hot-oil tanks, installed new tanks, structural bracing; concrete cutting for floor access & vents; roof modifications; integrated hot oil, process cooling water, drains, compressed air lines; installed new production tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, welded ductwork and hot box fabrication; ~260 welds, 6 pumps, 2 vertical heat exchangers, 52 automated control valves. Result: production time reduced from 24 hours to under 6 hours per batch.

The Hot Oil Expansion Project involved a comprehensive overhaul to enhance efficiency and production capabilities. The project included the demolition of existing walls and Hot Oil production tanks, along with structural engineering for bracing and the installation of new tanks. Precise concrete cutting for floor access and venting was completed in collaboration with Fine Cuts, while Delta Roofing handled the roof modifications.

Close coordination with the plant manager ensured seamless design and layout of system components, including piping, control valve stations, pumps, heat exchangers, and compressed air systems. All Hot Oil lines, process cooling water lines, drains, and compressed air systems were integrated into the existing infrastructure. The project also encompassed mounting production tanks, heat exchangers, and pumps.
Key deliverables included over 160 welds, the installation of four production pumps, two vertical heat exchangers (Jorban Riscoe), and 42 automated control valves.

As a result of these upgrades, production time was dramatically reduced from 24 hours to under 6 hours per batch, marking a significant improvement in operational efficiency.
