The Lansing Pool project involves installing piping for a 308,170-gallon pool that features a lazy river lap pool, a deep diving area, and a spray pad with 12 interactive features. The scope of work includes 20-inch main drain piping for the lazy river and main pool circulation, 10-inch recirculation piping, 12-inch gutter systems, 8-inch filter backwash discharge, 3-inch effluent piping, and 6-inch backwash piping directed to the backwash pit and underdrain systems connecting the pool to the surge pit. It also involves the installation of drain manholes and chemical feed piping leading to the sodium hypochlorite tank and muriatic acid storage drum. Additionally, connections will be made to six pumps and the filtration system. The pool house will include men’s and women’s restrooms, three family restrooms, a shower room, a lavatory area, offices, and multiple floor drains.
