Laundry Facility Expansion
A One Million Plus Design-assist mechanical expansion with installation of steam mains, condensate returns, water lines, pump systems, process piping, venting, and engineered pipe racking. Included rigging and installation of process water tanks, boiler upgrade, and temperature-control systems on an accelerated schedule.
The Laundry Facility Buildout project involves a comprehensive Coordinate and Design Assist effort for the installation of boiler steam and condensate systems, including 6″ stainless steel process water lines, 6″ steam main lines, and 2″ condensate return lines branching to 16 pieces of equipment. The project also covers the installation of tempered water lines, with design assistance for pipe racking from engineers to ensure optimal support. Close collaboration with the owner, subcontractors, and stakeholders is essential for the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Key tasks include rigging and installing process piping, venting systems, steam and condensate pumps, receivers, and a complete boiler system, along with associated tanks, process water tanks, and expansion systems to ensure operational efficiency. The project is committed to meeting a strict six-month timeline, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the buildout.
