Martin Mechanical lead a fully BIM coordinated ground up high security sherriff department. Managing the Mechanical installation of Heating Hot Water Boiler systems. Fully automated BMS controls for heating, cooling, IT, and high security detention rooms. Layout, coordination, and installation of 15 EF with VFD control integrated design. Rooftops and DOAS HVAC systems serving the building and holding cells. Specialized County and Jail IT room with (2) 30T CRAC units installed to maintain systems.
