MCPL: Woodneath

Library mechanical and plumbing package, completed as a mechanical and plumbing project with a total cost of 1.2M, including a full VRV system, ductwork, rooftop and DOAS units, underground-to-finish plumbing, advanced controls, and startup. Strong focus on BIM precision.

The MCPL Woodneath project involved the installation of Daikin VRV systems, featuring a meticulous preconstruction phase and detailed BIM coordination and design efforts. The scope included managing 30–50 unit systems, integrating refrigerant and condensate solutions, and implementing HVAC ductwork alongside RTU/DOAS systems. The work extended from ground-up plumbing, both underground and above the slab, to detailed finish and trim work. Additionally, the project encompassed advanced controls, servicing, and startup procedures.
