Oak Park High School Addition & Pavilion
Addition of new entry and sports pavilion, completed as a mechanical and plumbing project with a total cost of 1M, including ground-up plumbing and VRF installation, full mechanical systems work with HVAC and ductwork, and delivery as a major subcontractor. The scope also included BIM coordination, system startup, controls, and full system integration.
The Oak Park High School Addition and Pavilion project featured significant upgrades to the school’s infrastructure, including new entryways and a modern sports pavilion. The team performed comprehensive plumbing and VRF system installations while integrating new systems with existing facilities, serving as a major subcontractor for McCownGordon. The project further included detailed BIM coordination, startup procedures, control system implementation, and extensive HVAC and ductwork installation to improve overall building performance and efficiency.
