Martin Mechanical is delivering the complete Mechanical scope for a new hotel project in Kansas City’s River Market district. All major mechanical equipment is located on the roof, with rooftop and DOAS supply/return systems routed through multiple vertical shafts. The team is fabricating and installing overhead ductwork that runs straight up the shafts—requiring precise tie-offs and safety coordination due to drops of up to 40 feet. Despite field conditions that differ from initial design, Martin Mechanical’s foremen and sheet metal crews rely on their tools, experience, and craftsmanship to adapt fittings, modify transitions, and ensure proper airflow to all hotel rooms. Additional Kitchen equipment and MAU ductwork installed. 2 Pipe Cold water piping to (52) FCU serving rooms, lounge areas, bar, restaurant, and offices. Full controls and Facility Management System coordinated and completed.
