Staley High School Renovation & Pavilion
Interior remodel with North and South additions, completed as a mechanical and plumbing project with a total cost of 1.6M, featuring a large gym space with exposed ductwork, installation of a 50-unit VRV system, 5 RTUs, 2 DOAS units, full kitchen ventilation via a CaptiveAire system, and associated plumbing scope. BIM was utilized for coordination.
The Staley High School Renovation & Pavilion project included an interior remodel with new North and South additions. Key elements included large gymnasium additions with exposed ductwork, installation of a 50-unit VRV system, five rooftop units, two DOAS units, and a complete CaptiveAire kitchen ventilation system. The project was coordinated using BIM and included full plumbing installation to support the renovated and expanded facility.
